Message	That being said, tasteful mods will have less of an impact on resale value (may even increase it, depending on the buyer), whereas not-so-tasteful mods will be a detriment. :A performance exhaust should be a performance mod... not a cosmetic mod. That depends on the purpose of the car. I could see HKS on a race car where performance is the primary goal. But on a street car, most people don't want to be laughed at, and therfore need more of a balance between aesthetics and performance.
